WORST OF THE WORST: OWNER OF TOWNSVILLE INTERIOR DESIGN BUSINESS – Where to start….avoid the middle aged woman who owns and runs this interior design business and her services….Why? I’ll tell you: 1) Waited 6 months for a whole house refurbishment plan (Sept 2021-March-2022) from her. 2) It never arrived and was never done. She claims she ‘lost it’. 3) Unapologetic in any sincere or meaningful professional way. 4) Never responds to emails, texts, phone calls or messages. Never available to be answerable for her evasive actions. 5) Deceptive behaviours: claiming never received any communications from us. Despite full proof of all communications. And, claims she did the ‘plan’, but ‘lost the file’. 6) Unprofessional: disorganised, chaotic, off task, evasive, indecisive, flakey and fails to deliver on projects. 7) Finally, attitude: sub par at best, lacks self reflection and insight into her own behaviours and subsequent toxic consequences that she creates.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for Interior Design advice to steer clear of this business and its’ owner. There are far superior options out there.
