Amazing customer service from everyone in the team. They are highly recommended.
Let me start by saying, WOW! I wish every company gave customer service to the same level these guys give. Absolutely outstanding! I had already done research on the dashcam system I needed and had 80% made up my mind. Having said that, these guys still gave me a run down on the models available to them with so much detail and in plain english. There was also alot of back and forth with questions I had. They answered all my questions in detail and promptly. I ordered the product online and received it 2 days later. Absolutely brilliant. I am a 60 year old and one of my pet hates over the past 10 years (approx.) has been the lack of customer service. I find as the years go buy customer service is deteriorating. Those that provide great customer service will flourish and prosper. Thank you The Dash Cam Guys. 10/10

Honestly, the fact you'd already done your research made the conversation easier, not harder. We'd much rather walk someone through the options in plain English and have them land on the right unit than push a sale.
