[Name Removed] has probably never owned a property let alone rented one or she would have more empathy with landlords and not be so quick to employ agency trades to attend to tenants damage at landlord expense. Beware she does not often consult before arranging cosmetic repairs. She does not consider repeated broken bathroom door & locks etc caused by tenant an unreasonable fix nor various plumbing repairs suspicious. It’s easier to charge your account than claim from tenant!!!
