Be Wary Of These People – While the tradies were friendly, professional and did great work, the management were another story. An agreed initial quote and deposit was subsequently increased by 33% following difficulties with Evo-Energy. No negotiation nor willingness to compromise. Additional costs were exhorbitant and arbitrary. Charges for emails and charges for home visits (one I wasn't even aware of). Suppose to have been in business for many years, yet they were unaware of the approval requirements of Evo-Energy. The demand for additional costs and accompanying deposit bordered on bullying and blackmail. Was left with the feeling of being ripped off, despite being prepared to negotiate and share any unforecast costs. Would never recommend them nor use them again.
