Poor customer service from a female Kitchen runner at Bistro . I've had repeated negative experiences with a female kitchen runner who has been consistently rude & unhelpful. Her attitute is dismissive and unprofessional, and it has made me uncomfortable returning to order food. I hope management can address this and remind staff to treat customers with courtesy.

ordered 4 dishes including one noodle and one Yue’s special fire rice. Lady boss even said “we are not the typical Chinese restaurant for noodle and fire rice “ we all feel so shocked and more importantly we got a family member is disabled person with sign language only .. we can feel the lady boss doesn’t welcome this disable person and want us to not come back with this disable person. It’s terrible dining experience !! We will keep share this bad experience in other platforms to let more people aware this horrible Miss Yue Restaurant at Epping Club ! We are only short by $7.6 per person for minimum spend ! Please make sure you have enough money to spend min $45 per person when you go ! Otherwise don’t bother to go in at all ! Otherwise you may have our similar dining experience from the lady boss ! By the way, we asked the staffs when we paid the bill about the minimum spend per person.. the staffs said no such thing !! We for sure won’t go back again and will tell all friends and family , schools , P&C meeting, Band & orchestra meeting…..it’s terrible dining experience ! Don’t go !

them that our ordered food weren't all delivered. Really disappointed with their attitude and service. We understood why there’re so many negative reviews online about them. Sad the customer services are so poorly managed with such a beautiful venue. Doubted if we will go back to that club and restaurant again.
A disappointing night to celebrate our birthday’s – My partner and I arrived to celebrate our birthdays (we are born close to each other in date). My partner had a dirty bowl with three pieces of left over dried meal. ordered our entrees, when the entrees arrived 40 minutes later it had no soy sauce for prawn dumplings which we waited till it arrived with hot food on the table. The entrees arrived at a table near us with 10 people who ordered after us, in all, three tables around us received their meals before us after we had ordered our entrees prior to them , they were pleasant in taste and appearance as all the meals were. Our mains arrived, as I ate my meal I discovered it had grizzle in it, after moving it to the side of the plate, I had another bite of the Mongolian lamb and bit into a whole piece of grizzle it was a singular piece of tendon the size of 5 centimetres long and 2 centimetres wide. A piece of grizzle this size, by itself must have been seen by the chef. I know this is a long review, but I think you may wish to read our experience. We left unimpressed by the service of the table attendants and the chef’s in the kitchen .
Food quality was dissatisfactory – No complains of this club as the staffs are very pleasant but lately on the 17th September 2024, the steak I ordered wasn't warm and the order wrong where they claimed that I didn't order any mash potatoes. The cook wasn't even concerned at my dissatisfaction & I had to suck up my ego by walking away.
Wonderful Lunch – My friend and I had an absolutely delightful afternoon on Sunday at the Literary Lunch with Candice Fox in the Grand Ballroom at the Epping Club. Our 2 course meal was delicious and the room itself was fabulous! Candice Fox was so entertaining and it was really interesting to hear all about her experiences writing her novels Thank you Epping Club for another great event! My friend and I are already looking forward to the next one!
Negligent and Horrible – Went to a reception on Saturday night 16/12/23.Filled out all food details for my son who’s anaphylactic when I did rsvp,got an email back from the bride that the club knows about the people who have any allergies yet my son took one bite of his entree and we had to give him epiphan and then call an ambulance to rush him to the hospital.The feed… Read more
back I got back was the event manager saying she had no idea about the allergies.The caterer was supposed to call us within 20 minutes of the event manager calling us but I still haven’t heard from them.
Customer Service is horrible!!! – The customer service is horrible. The stuff scream and point finger to customers. The superviser Anne is a liar. customer based on her story not quit. What a joke. The customer did managed to tale to the customer service manager. She is even arrongant. The response is: my staff are good. I dont need to investigate and check security cameras. You have a nice day. Wow. The club has power to treat the customers whatever they want!!!
Epping Club - Wedding Reception – I had my daughter's wedding here in February 2023. Isabella was lovely and helped us with all the preparations. The club itself is lovely and well presented. was sinuses and tough. The salmon was also not cooked enough and raw in places. These were the main two dishes. Even the entrees were not as presented at the food tasting. There were other issues as well. Coffee wasn't serve to every table and those that were were given it received cold coffee. Told the coffee machine was broken. At a wedding one of the most important elements is the food and this was very upsetting. My guests were left hungry and this left me disappointed and upset. This was our first experience with the Epping club and I feel the food let it down. The club boasts a "five star experience” which is an added insult as the food presented gave us a 1 star experience. A daughter's wedding is once and I feel the Epping Club let us down. A missed opportunity with future bookings from our guests.
Rawson restaurant – Met out of town friends for dinner. The club is conveniently located. The menu at Rawson's has plenty of variety. Everyone had something different and no complaints from anyone. The 50+ hour smoked rump was amazing. Staff were fabulous. Will definitely be back very soon.
Terrible Customer Service – The reception staff’s manner was terrible. When I talked to the duty manager, I knew why the reception staff was so bad. The duty manager didn’t bother to know what actually happened and already assumed his staff was doing everything correct and we were the ones who caused trouble.
