Despite repeated attempts to contact them which is only via a contact bot..never any replies. It took credit card company to request a refund before the item arrived. I will never use them again.
Poor Product & Delivery – Ordered a generic water filter for my Fisher Paykel fridge. Product ordered was different to the delivered product. Bought an Aqua Clear filter but instead got a Filter Logic. Specifications were also entirely different but the worst part is it severely failed the taste test by all my family members. Delivery was also appalling, product was ordered on 22nd, CouriersPlease picked up on the 25th and we received it on the 05th. Their choice of delivery provider impacts customer experience. 1/5. One star for actually receiving a product.
It’s the first time and last time I use a non-genuine product. Lesson learnt.
Scam company – Ordered 3 filters. 4 weeks later no delivery. I contacted Australia Post and after they investigated they declared the parcel as lost, and that I needed to contact the Fridge Filter Shop. Very quick response from the Shop stating they would resend the parcel. Another 4 weeks later there has been no parcel, and the Fridge Filter Shop is no longer responding to multiple follow up requests. Only way to contact them is via the online submission form.
No delivery after six weeks and no response – Ordered two fridge filters six weeks ago. No delivery received and no phone number to contact the office. Have sent emails with no response. Not good enough!
Ordered and received. Great service – Ordered water filer for my LG FF. Great price. Received within a week. Fitted with no problems. Would recommend and use for future purchases.
Great filter and speedy delivery – Not much to say, been using these guys for a while now, never have any issues. Delivery was quicker than expected and thankfully they use Australia Post.
No filter, no service – Ordered a filter on 2 March. Ten days later and no filter received. They do not answer their phone nor do they respond to internet inquiries. Just so you know.
