I have used both offline and online shops. When I visited the Artarmon shop to buy clubs, they were very responsive to my questions and requests despite the crowded shop. I bought gloves from the online shop recently and they were able to call me right away because there was a stock issue. They also showed satisfactory problem handling and fast delivery. Thanks,

Great products. Great prices. Great service – I was looking for a golf bag at the Drummond's Burwood, Victoria store. They were all marked with 10% and 15% discounts, but no prices were shown. That really bugged me. I was there for five minutes looking, and the staff ignored me. I drove to The Golf Clearance Outlet in East Oakleigh ... prices on everything and very helpful service. I couldn't recommend this business more highly. I'll not waste time on Drummond's again.

Porr customer service – I bought a Tri Lite buggy from them for my birthday in June. Something snapped and the handle dropped to the ground. I told them and they asked for pictures so they knew what spares to send me to fix the problem. Sent them and thats it, nothing, no response. I realise its Christmas, but im left with no buggy and no way to fix it. Not happy at all.

Excellent turnaround times – I've ordered from this site on multiple occasions and have received my product within 3-4 days after purchase. I live in regional VIC. I'm surprised with the negative comments around this business. I 100% recommend

14/11/2023 Submission to Golf Clearance Outlet site as their team ignores all emails. Am told they cant give me an ETA on my on my seat because it is "stuck in Melbourne due to strikes" and tell me I should go do my own research on the matter. Terrible recommendation as it is their responsibility to keep customers informed of where the order is (which they had failed to do), not the other way round.

12/12/2023 Ask for update on order that has apparently been held up by strikes since August now. Am told that it will now not be arriving until MARCH 2024!

15/03/2024 Contact CGO to ask if it could be expected this month. Am told the container with the seats is due this month and will be shipped right out to me (YAY!)

04/04/2024 Request tracking number from GCO on my delivery. Am told they have just arrived in Melbourne (where I was previously told they had already been originally since November 2023?!) and they're still waiting for them to arrive

29/04/2024 Ask for an update as it has now been 8.5 months since I paid for the product and GCO has STILL failed to deliver - Email is ignored

23/05/2024 GCO send an email telling me to send bank details so they can just refund me and I can buy again when the item is in stock. No apology or anything after taking my money and lying about when I could expect a product for over 9 months. I respond stating that that is hardly fair after waiting so long and that I'm getting brushed aside and told to come back later to repurchase again at most likely full price. - My response is ignored

05/06/2024 Email 1 last time asking for a tracking number or anything regarding my purchase - My email is once again ignored.

09/06/2024 I decide to call the stores in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales just to see if they're have the same struggle getting the product as Perth claim to have. All 3 stores proceed to tell me that the seat I have been waiting for for almost 10 months had actually been DISCONTINUED OVER 12 MONTHS EARLIER. Not only did [Name Removed] lie over and over about when the seat would arrive (because it was never going to arrive!) but he had been lying since day 1 when he knew the reason I bought the buggy was because of the seat offering which was promised! What makes it worse is when I went into the store to ask about this all i got was a blunt "Well [Name Removed] didn't know it was discontinued so here's your money back and we're cancelling your order". Not even an apology or anything after lying to me for 10 months and essentially stealing my money by taking it for a product you never intended to deliver.

Had i known the seat wasn't available I never would have bought the product. [Name Removed] and his team will just happily take your money with no intention of delivering the product and then when confronted almost a year later you wont even get an apology, just more lies. Disappointing considering how nice of a front they put on when taking your money but guess that's just they get you to pay them.

Have kept all email evidence of the above lies received in case GCO try to deny any.

Terrible Company – Ordered online, no product received after 2 months. Not answering emails or phone calls. Do not buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away!

Golf clearance outlet puts the responsibility on the courier company, but they choose that company. There are other golf companies out there who regularly delivery within 2-3 days, so I can only conclude golf clearance outlet use the cheapest courier service available with no regard for customer service.

Lastly, my similar review about these experiences posted on the golf clearance outlet was removed within a few hours. So it seems that the reviews on their site are also not to be relied upon.

off, not uncommon wit these retailers from time to time. I purchased 2 x 2.0 dozen balls. Upon arrival only 2 x dozen balls arrived not 4. I emailed the retailer asking why I had not received my full order only to be told that the 2.0 was part of the ball branding. Knowing about the game there is no way that 2.0 is part of the branding of this type of ball brand. It was a clear deceitful marking strategy and false advertising.

Poor form Golf Clearance Outlet. I regularly purchase from you, not anymore. I am a regular player at a leading golf club in Sydney. Members are shocked at this tactic from you. I'm unsure exactly how many more customers you have lost over this tactic.
