This is the worst NDIS meal service available. They consistently let you down with failed deliverys and leave you without food. Their support staff offer only soft soap and generally blame the courier service, which is the service that they have chosen to deliver their product. My mother has also stopped using them for her my aged care due to them… Read more

failing to deliver any proper variety of meals, blaming supply problems. Again soft soap. I will be putting in a formal complaint to NDIS.

My partner has had Good Meals for quite a while now. At first it was pretty good. We would place an order and get it within a week. The distributors in Perth were changed and our orders were changed to be delivered fortnightly meaning we have to order 2 weeks in advance which isn't very good. unavailable which happens from time to time. I went to place our last order to find that 8 of the items wanted were out of stock. When I rang to complain I was told that it was due to moving premises where ever they are, and that they should be available early JUNE. To be quite honest if your businesses run like that then you won't be having your business for much longer. It's a bad way to run a business. P*ss your customers off and they will just go somewhere else. Not very happy.

Do not recommend – Two meals missing from first (and last) order. Of those that came the predominant flavours are pepper and cornflour, I think their might have even been cornflower in the mashed potatoes. Do not recommend this meal service. Show details

Really bad service. Will be talking to ndis about this – This is the second time this has happened to me. Meals due to be delivered on Saturday according to the text I received. Monday comes no meals, no contact from the company. I ring them. I am told it will now be Tuesday. When you call you get an overseas call centre. I requested someone ring me from Australia. This is not possible as we have no customer care team on shore. I am fortunate my daughter could come to the house.

THE GOOD MEAL COMPANY REVIEW – Cheap meals for seniors, government subsidized. . The service is terrible, meals do not turn up when advised. Saturday is the designated delivery day for my area, they don't arrive, despite sitting home all day so the drivers don't leave food in the sun. No communication is given if delivery cannot be met. Recycling – I received my first order yesterday. Good Meal Co DO NOT take back the boxes, the ice packs and the thermal bags to recycle them in any way. They say put the thermal bags in the red bin, and the boxes in the yellow bin, along with the ice packs if people don’t want them. This is a form of environmental vandalism. And they are expecting Aged Care… Read more

and NDIS people, many of whom cannot do this themselves, to do the work they should do. RECYCLING ALL THESE THINGS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS IS REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT. Recycle the boxes, the thermal bags and the ice packs. !!! This is 2024 - not 1950 ! Future orders cancelled

Be Warned! – New to this Company I was happy with the 3 Orders delivered. Payment for Orders needs to be Paid 2 Weeks before Delivery. Order was due yesterday, after having been paid for 26th Feb 2024. Payment was deducted for the next Order due 26th March 2024. I contacted the Company later in the afternoon to enquire as to what time my Order would arrive.… Read more

I was informed due to an error it would not be arriving until the following week!

Rang again today and was informed someone would see if an Emergency Box could be found! I requested my Monies paid be reimbursed and my Orders be cancelled. Why wasn't I informed my Order would not be delivered, and why was I not offered an Emergency Box in its place on the day? Cannot recommend this Business.
