NO WINE – I ordered my wine 30/8/23, yes this is my second review!!! Can not call the 1300 number & website says they have closed!!!!! Nearly 3 months So disappointed $180 down the drain FILTHY!!!!
Worst company I have dealt with - possible scammers – I paid for my wine that was advertised on their website. My wine never came. I contacted them. They told me they had tried to contact me to say the items were not available ! - no missed calls or text messages on my phone, other than suspect scam calls. refund. I have contacted them twice in the last 7 days - being told I would be contact by "Jim", he has NOT contacted me. I suspect that this maybe a Scam company. Be careful
Never again – I placed an order on 30/8/23, no sign of wine or reply to messages or email!!! Needed for my husbands 50th going by the previous reviews doesn’t look like it’ll be her anytime soon!! Hoping to get a response & delivery this week or refund!!! Disappointing

Will not use again – Placed an order with them on 24/03/23. Received a full refund on 8/05/23. In between received a number of emails from them offering various reasons why they could not complete my order. Definitely would not trust them again.
Some account issues, eventually rectified – Edit: Once the business owner became aware of the issues discussed below, the problem was rectified almost immediately and a refund issued. I accept that the protracted delays resulted from genuine misunderstanding and the idiosyncrasies of PayPal refund processing. operator and can be trusted with your money. ************ On August 23 2022 I ordered about $450 worth of wine from the Good Wine Club, taking advantage of the offer of free delivery. I received a call within a couple days to say they could not in fact deliver to my address for free and would need to add substantial freight costs. I informed them that I was not interested in that case and to cancel the order. I naively thought my payment would be refunded.
Nearly two months on and subsequent to numerous on-line messages, promises that a refund is imminent, and emails to their accounts area, I have still not been reimbursed. Now my messages are not even read and the euphemistic accounts area has never responded to an email. It has become clear that The Good Wine Club do not intend to refund my payment.
This form of business requires the buyer to take a leap of faith that, having paid in advance for unseen goods, those goods will be delivered and of the quality described. Regrettably, placing your faith in The Good Wine Club would be a mistake.
Best Variety – The club subscription is my favourite thing, getting new wines every month is a treat, the range of wines is exceptional and great value for the quality of wines. Love showcasing the wines when guests are over. Show reply
