out the door. I wish I did. Second, the accountant has a blase, dismissive attitude. Muhammad was not engaged and basically acted like he couldn't care less. He mumbled with his hand over his mouth so I could barely understand him. He was unprofessional, he took a personal call on my time, after making me wait an hour. Everytime I asked his advice about how I can reduce my debt and what I can do next year to not have a debt he would shrug his shoulders and said 'be prepared you might have a debt because of xyz' i asked him if I should have more tax taken out from my wage and all he said was, yes. Then proceeded to do exactly what I could have done for free and charged me over $80. I took so long trying to decide whether I should see an accountant in the first place and based on their website and reviews, decided to use them and hope maybe they could give me professional advice and help me lower my debt. All he did was do exactly what I could have done for free Never again! Absolute waste of my time

Five stars for The Kalculators! Tax time is usually a headache, but they made it an absolute breeze. Super efficient, friendly, and gave me total peace of mind. Highly Recommend!

Charged a different price than what was advertised. Hard to get in contact with. Emailed, messaged no response. Tried calling and got no where. Waiting for them to lodge my return.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GREEDY MAN!! Paid him in advance $4.300 for 10 years of tax return and on the end I finished in Court with Criminal Charges for “Not logging in time my tax returns “I won in Court but because of him have $60.000 fines and interests.HE TOOK THE MONEY AND DID NOTHING FOR ALMOST 3YEARS !

Charge you different amount when you go and receptionist gives you different quote. Not very customer friendly and didn’t even spent time to explain regarding deductions.

Terrible. Unprofessional unreliable – Booked online appointment - didn’t ring me for appointment, rang me a hour late after I followed up. No communication telling me to complete anything prior to appointment. Poor communication. Unprofessional. Done tax myself while I was waiting for a call back. Waste of my time

Such a ripoff and not professional – Before signing contract he made promises and after he got the money, not even replying back my emails and texts.

Avoid at all costs – My meeting for my tax return took all of 5 minutes where the consultant asked no questions was not helpful I could of saved myself some money and just done it myself

Language barrier – As much as I've tried to understand what the consultant was saying it became unbearable after a while. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I'm pretty sure just had a bad experience with one of the consultants.

Affordable and Professional – I have been going to one of the high end boutique firms from the past many years but decided to try The Kalculators this time. Absolutely delightful and hassle free experience. The accountant was warm, helpful and highly qualified and guided me through the whole process. I am very satisfied because I got better service for less fees. Highly recommended!

Terrible Experience – Very unhelpful, dismissive and unfriendly. Would not recommend anyone to use them for their taxes even if they are slightly cheaper than others. Very hard to communicate with and they are happy to take your money before they even start any work. Avoid at all costs.
