The Lady Shake

No response to my emails – I ordered the Lady Shake package, I canceled the order with a few hours to find out they said it’s been shipped, I didn’t ask for express postage, I’m asking for a refund as the goods have not been opened and I am getting no response from the company. Very bad customer service, I do not recommend buying from this company.

Awful customer service – I decided to order a significant bundle for myself husband and daugher when the sale was on, we didn’t receive our free items or discounts, and customer services don’t care, they reply once, ask a question then don’t answer! After using for 3 weeks I’ve lost a kilo, I’ve done everything it says including the walking and this is all I’ve lost! My husband has actually gained weight and my daughter has stayed the same! I call this false advertising!! What happened to our 2.5kgs in a week? Should be reported ! Ohhh and the constipation is horrendous!
