Extremely unprofessional, inexperienced and unethical – The conduct of this individual and her business raises serious ethical concerns. Initially, we were under the impression that she was an experienced hair extension professional from Melbourne seeking content models and offering wholesale services. However, it became evident that she lacked experience and was simply trying to attract clientele. Unfortunately, due to poorly executed hair extension installation, my daughter suffered from scalp scabs and hair extensions clearly visible. One week later I took my daughter to a reputable establishment with a 12-year track record in the industry who recommended the removal of the hair as the original hair extensions were placed too close and of inferior quality. Subsequently, I incurred additional expenses to have them removed and replaced. The discrepancy in quality between the two installations was evident, with the new extensions seamlessly blending in when styled, painless and flat opposed to chucky visable hair. Regrettably, when addressing our concerns about the discomfort experienced, the individual displayed rudeness towards myself and my daughter. Despite numerous justifications put forth, this individual took no accountability. The inconsistency on her Instagram page, which previously represented an unrelated business and had undergone two name changes within four years, adds to the lack of professionalism displayed. Don’t be fooled by the look of a professional business which is obviously supplied by a third party. I would absolutely save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. Even at wholesale prices it was not much cheaper than professional hair extension specialists.
