Fantastic facility & people – I have been dealing with The Links Pet Centre for years and I can't fault them. They give you great feedback and know dogs very well. All the staff are helpful and everyone takes care of the animals as if they were there own. They train dogs expertly and also train the owners to be able to achieve the outcome they want

Disgusting Conditions – I boarded my two small dog's at this establishment whilst away in SA for one week. When I collected my animals their bellies were wet and they smelt of dog urine. I was given the dog's bedding back in large garbage bags. Once I arrived home, removed the dog's bedding from the bags, I discovered they too were wet and the stench of dog urine was over bearing. Their bedding was clearly left on the ground when the pen was hosed out, soaking the bedding with water and whatever splashed up from the floor. My two small dog's were returned to a wet pen and had no choice but to sleep on wet bedding. Did I mention the weather was cold at night. My dog's were apparently washed the day before I collected them, it was obvious they were left saturated. I could tell by the way their curly coats had dried. I contacted the Owner to discuss my findings and was met with aggressive denial in relation to the way her Staff look after the animals in her care. I posted a review on Facebook, only to have it removed from their site. 5/5 is a false indication of this Business. People that care about their Pet's should never leave their them in the care of these people. Appalled! Also, their is no Caretaker looking after the Animals after closing time. I contacted the Owner, [name removed], to let her know I was running 10mins late but was on my way to drop them off prior to my holiday, [name removed] chose to ignore my message. When I arrived at 5:10pm their was no one on site, this includes the house and enclosed kennels at the rear of the property. This fact was also denied by the owner. Shameful...
