Expensive, i just go through all my furniture every single one damaged more then before! And the driver keep complaining about his tried and time, so i ended having to help them, im just small girl and wasn’t feeling well too. Oh and driver asked if daughter + her boyfriend could help. I never seen this service asking for customers to stay and help. Show details
Dropped a king sized mattress in my living room and refused to install OR remove the existing mattress, which they were explicitly commissioned to do

Follow-up · We moved a 3 bedroom home. The booking was very easy- a quick call. The price quote was transparent and cheaper than few other quotes we had received. No they did not pack because we did nit request for it to be packed. However they did help dismantle and assemble furniture for and after transport.

The guys from Little Green Truck (Hervey Bay) are the BEST! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were very fast, efficient and careful. Great hardworking young guys that care. They had a hard job of moving furniture ip 3 floors and they did it exceptionally well. I can HIGHLY recommend!
Made a booking with [Name Removed] in Ballarat. Turned out to be a no show, no messages stating he couldn't due to a headache. (Me) I'm on work cover for a bad shoulder and I can't move the item my self.... p*ss poor performance for a business if you ask me

The guys from Little Green Truck Traralgon recently delivered my new TV, purchased from The Good Guys in Traralgon. It was raining and I was working from home that day. The guys were quiet, respectful and efficient. My mother had to let them in. They removed my old TV for me, brought in the new box and left it exactly where I needed it. Thanks guys, very much appreciated.
Completely ignores you when you make contact...appalling – After contacting this business twice I was appalled that both times I didn't receive a response other than their automated response informing me a local driver would contact me shortly...this didn't happen. Clearly it has too much business and doesn't need more work so it will not receive it from me. Imagine treating possible customers in such ways. Shameful.
Helped get me to where I was going hassle free .10/10 – Moved to unit had all the usual heavy stuff they were Great . Knew what they were doing highly recommend
Amazing company – The whole process, from making the bookings (as I had two houses I needed removing done for),to the actual moving,was stressfree and all done professionally. The 2 men who came were a joy to converse with, who spoke highly of their boss and were fast and efficient.
Cheapest option however the movers were unmotivated in doing their job – The guys from the little Green truck turned up 30 minutes late. We had book for a 2 hour time slot to move our furniture as originally quoted by other removalist companies. stick to the 2 hours and they can move as much as they can. All of our furniture would have fit in 1 truck but they advised that the fridge and the washing machine needed to go on a second trip even the there was space in the back of the truck.
Strategically the second trip went over the 2 hour mark by 10 mins and the staff advised that we had to pay for 2.5 hours.
It would have been ok if they actually worked at a reasonable pace but they were both extremely slow and it seems this was to dragged out the time.
I was not very impressed with these guys however our furniture did make it to our new address in one piece and they were reasonably cheap. It just seems suspicious that they would say the work would take up to 6 hours when it took them 2 hours.
The Little Green Truck – Used this delivery service to have my lounge delivered from Coffs Harbour to Nambucca Heads. The service was great. Ken and his team are excellent. Hassle free delivery storage available if needed. Great communication and was kept up to date along the way. Highly recommend this great service and he was reasonably priced as well.
