Great items and great customer service – I purchased a gorgeous music box for my daughter from this shop and the shop staff went out of their way to organise click and collect for me. Unfortunately the product had a slight flaw (manufacturer's fault not the shop's) and they were extremely helpful and fast in organising a replacement that I received three days later! Very happy with the product and the customer service.

It's the little things – Great prices. My order was packed the same day. Great selection of toys. Parcel arrived, and items were wrapped in beautiful tissue paper. Packed securely. Would definitely but from this lovely store again.

Disaster from start to end; do not recommend – Purchased an "in stock" item online in May 2017. After being told that it was actually out of stock, I decided to take up the retailer's offer of ordering it in. After waiting 6 months for the item to come in and being told at various intervals that it was a matter of weeks away, the wrong item was delivered. I was told by the owner of this business that they had mistakenly placed an order for the wrong item and that in the meantime, the item I ordered had been deleted and was no longer available. Not only that, but after an honest miscommunication about how I could return the incorrect item to her (I thought she was going to process my refund, but she had thought I was going to leave it out for her to collect first), the owner told me that I had to ship it back to her through Australia Post at my own risk and at my own cost (above $15). Following my dissatisfaction with the unreasonableness of this, she ultimately came to collect the item after telling me of her inconvenience!!! Poor and very rude customer service, I would use the website to find great items, but next time will buy them elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful service! – Absolutely fantastic. Super quick replies to all emails and phone calls. [name removed] was very lovely and so accommodating. Website was really clear and easy to navigate. Prices were consistent with other stores around. Would definitely recommend and will purchase through them again. So nice and refreshing to get superb customer service
