If there was less than 1 star, thats what this company deserves WEBSITE STATES : SAME DAY DELIVERY ON A SATURDAY IF YOU ORDER BEFORE 3PM The order went through on Saturday at 10:17am I called and the lady at the Mornington peninsula store to confirm it would be delivered, it wasnt delivered the same day , it was delivered the sunday and the little market bunch put a note on my gift "this order came through the website after hours on saturday therefore delivery not until today " (SUNDAY)

she approved delivery for the same day being Saturday absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional I have been asking for a full refund and have had zero response DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

My second time purchasing from here this time for another friend in hospital and I got the flowers with lights again! So many compliments hard to order any flowers from anywhere else now with the added bonus of the fairy lights! So extra and about to order for my mum today too for mothers day! Don’t use if you need a tax receipt – This was a 5 star review, but downgraded due to terrible customer service. The gift was lovely, and delivered on time, but I needed a tax receipt to be able to reconcile my corporate credit card. I requested a receipt. Blunt response was that it had already been sent. It hadn’t, so I asked again. Next blunt response, I was told to check my junk email. I had already done that, but checked again it and advised back that it wasn’t there either. I suggested, rather than back and forth communication, please just send a receipt. I’m still waiting. Crickets! Reconciling my work credit card without a receipt is next level annoyance.

This review was made 2 years ago. An invoice was eventually sent to me, after multiple requests from me. It should have taken 1 request, and it should’ve been acted on as a priority given that I detailed it was a corporate card. I am sure you can appreciate that reconciling a corporate credit card needs to be done monthly. I’m not sending an email for an issue that happened 2 years ago.

Dying flowers for a dead pet – At around 6pm today I received a "Little Market Bunch small" from this company. It was sent by my vet to honor a recently deceased pet. The bunch consisted of 6 different flowers and some leaves. Two of the six flowers were turning brown/dying and some leaves were wilting. Another flower in the bunch, a lily, is known for killing cats. The card read, in part, "memories of their life with you will always bring smiles to you faces". Seriously guys, you need to lift your game. Proof read messages and don't send half-dead flowers to commemorate a dead pet.

Our flowers are sourced fresh daily between 4 and 6 am. It appears that the delivery driver may not have followed our guidelines, leaving the bouquet in direct sunlight during delivery, which can cause browning or wilting. We're addressing this with our delivery partners to ensure it doesn't happen again.

We also sincerely apologise for including lilies in the bouquet. We understand your concern, and we've since removed lilies from all our colour-themed arrangements.
