The Meat Man

Been going to these guys for a few years, every order has been good, got other family onto them, told friends for years that I go to them, whether they went or not, no real drama's, they're online tomahawks are a good deal and taste good too when I cook it right. And if there was concerns (no bad meat, only size/weight problems and I still don't care as I've worked in food distribution in freezer warehouses and it was up or down depending on the day and packaging) I didn't care that much to raise any issues with them as they've been really good to me.

I ordered 12kg of mixed meat, I messed up my delivery address as I got my first home delivery today (and I think some of the meats weight may have been spot on or a little over - Goku san/Luffy san WAAAAHHH face), they helped me fix it, I rung again day of delivery just to double check & they helped again (I took a day off work as delivery time was between 8am-4pm and I am single with little to no help or support to accept delivery), they were pretty patient with my concern and helped, had an awesome driver double check my delivery address mistake through a phone call before delivery also.

I ordered some chilli cheese kranskies from them. All the rest of their stuff was really good though. TheMeatMan guys are advertising a 400g (4 sausages) product - https://www.themeatman.com.au/product/chilli-cheese-kransky/ , I received a 300g (3 sausages) product, IT IS A PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER, link below.

You may all be experiencing fuel cost problems etc. and an increase in food costs, what ever the views for all that, I was kind of expecting that extra sausage, that to me is an extra night's meal or a lunch on a weekend and as a single person and managing funds and expenditure it does mean an extra meal. Don't have a way to contact them besides by phone to ask if they can update their website with the change in product size/quantity from one of their suppliers and not to keen on calling them a 3rd time to complain about this as they do work hard (I've seen it in person) so wanted something in a bit more of a formal way to recognise the majority good and the very small and little HMM UMM view I have.

I did speak to them about an afterpay service they offer and they fixed that up no wukka's a few years ago so I know they do listen to their customers.

I like these guys a lot, they look after the community with good products at good prices. Just hope they fix up some of their old photo's/images of products they sell.

They like their meat smoker customers and have supplies for that, coz of that I started to learn that cooking method myself, again a good shop and a good place to walk into and take a look and grab something.
