I asked the staff in the Fitzroy store if they had a hooded towel in stock. The answer was affirmative but that it was in the warehouse. I then asked for when it could be delivered to the store (for me to pay and collect) and I was informed that this is not what they do, but rather for a delivery fee of $9.99, they would send it to my address. … Read more
I then stated that I would prefer to collect it rather than have it delivered, only to be told that they would not do that. I asked if the warehouse delivers stock to the shop and again the answer was yes, every Wednesday. Could I not simply have the towel added to that delivery for me to pay for it in store and pick it up. The answer was a categoric "no", stating that if it is not in store but in the warehouse, no matter what the item, it can only be obtained by paying for a delivery to my residence. Ridiculous! I immediately asked to be deleted from their database.
Amazing customer service! We’ve ordered quite a few things from The Memo for our upcoming baby and everything has arrived super quickly! There was a small hiccup with one order missing an item but their team was amazing with a super quick response and sending out a replacement the same day. Will absolutely be buying more from them in the future.
Horrible customer service, incorrect information and lies and now my baby is without a bassinet to sleep in for upto a week. I expected better, will not use this company again for baby products.
Excellent Customer Service – I had concerns about a product bought several months earlier and emailed them through to the customer service team. They were very responsive, investigated and followed up my concerns with the manufacturer and kept me up to date. They were very understanding and didn’t make me feel like I was being over the top. They went above and beyond to resolve and address my concerns.
Terrible service – I bought multiple items and a couple of things needed to be returned. In doing so I had really horrible experience with their customer service. Rude and condescending like they knew better when all I wanted to do was return items which were unopened and I didn't need. Just not nice.
Poor customer service – When I was about to give birth I ordered some postpartum products. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of the items. I emailed them IMMEDIATELY after I placed the order to have this corrected. was super pregnant and couldn’t wobble to my post office to do this, but there was no care in the world to assist me with this. This company is not a family friendly brand, never purchased a single item from them again.
Loved Shopping with the Memo – I have loved shopping for pregnancy, baby, breastfeeding and postartum items on The Memo website. The pregancy/baby market is incredibly overwhelming so it is amazing that the team at The Memo only stock items that have been tried, tested and come highly recommended. It has made being a first time mum less overwhelming and a much better experience over all.
