I had a disappointing experience at The Nest Café in Chatswood. When I tried to pay with a plastic note that wasn’t perfectly flat, the woman at the counter commented, "What happened to the money?" — in a cold and dismissive tone. It felt unnecessary and a bit rude, especially over something so minor. As a customer, I expected a more welcoming and respectful attitude. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression, and I won’t be in a hurry to return.
