Shocking Beyond Belief – After having all utilities disconnected, everything packed up and ready to go, the Packers & Movers removalist – scheduled to attend at 2pm – contacted me at 2:20pm to advise that he 'had an accident on the way' and would not be able to attend until the following day. They have never contacted me since, and have failed to respond to any of my email queries enquiring about what happened. They obviously got a bigger job, and decided to dump me (*after* the scheduled booking, when it was too late to organise another removalist) without any communication or duty of care. Absolutely disgusting.

Moving – Moving from 2 bedroom to 2 bedroom. Took 2 long to move things. damaged items and were 4 hours late. Overall not happy with this service and I would not hire them again.

Very Good Removalist Company – It was 4 bedroom property and i was travelling from Melbourne to Geelong about an hour distance. The move started in the Early morning and they completed in afternoon. The guys were wearing masks and quite easy going. They also helped me in dismantling my beds. Overll they have done quite good. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
