One of their property manager was my tenants – Imagine that the property manager is actually the tenants of your house and they left the house full of their dog crap. This was what happened with us. [name removed][ was the tenants of the house we bought. On the settlement date, she was cleaning the house and we did her a favour not to clean inside home as we will do some reno but what happened in return of our kind was she left loads of her dogs crap on the side of the house. We called them later to clean her dogs crap and they refused to clean their mess. What a fantastic property manager that will take of your property.

Incompetence – Unfortunately I relied upon this company to manage my rental property from afar for several years. Glossy advertising hype with no substance as a cover for their incompetence. Multiple mis-billings, an unwillingness to hold the tenant to account, inaccurate inspections, ongoing attempts to cover over their poor management, an unwillingness to set things right after they get it wrong.

Dubious sales techniques.

I wouldn't trust them to manage my rental property again.

I wouldn't sell a house with them.

I would not even buy a house that is listed with them for sale.

Justifiably be suspicious - run away there are far better options (anyone).
