Atrocious Work – The staff are absolutely lovely but the job they did was atrocious. I took my granddaughter to have her hair coloured for her 30th birthday. My granddaughter has Down’s syndrome so this was a really big deal for her. Not only was there no discernible difference in color but she has a small growth high on her forehead which they had scraped so it was bleeding when we left. We went to lunch straight after and tied her hair back for eating and the back of her neck (not the scalp) was stained purple.
