Yum yum – Been using these products for years. Takes all the hard work out of cooking spicy dishes. When I make the butter chicken I use 1/2 tin of tomato purée and 1/2 tin of tomato soup. Only butter chicken I've had that is better was in Fiji and it was marginal. YUM YUM. But we don't have a distributor in Cootamundra. BOO HOO  Show reply

Arrogant and unhelpful – I purchased 2kg of Ceylon cinnamon from this company and was so disappointed with the quality of it. It hardly smelled like cinnamon and tasted like cardboard mixed with ground woodchips. I made a complaint and was not even offered a refund or replacement but instead pure ARROGANCE. Definitely would not recommend this company purely because I do not support companies that treat their customers with little respect.

Overall OK – Not a bad company but they have no true understanding of Za'arta. It requires a flavor and tartness from desert thyme (savoury) that is not used and renders their Za'arta mix insipid an irrelevant. Vietnamese Chicken – I was given a packet of your spice "to try" and it was amazing. No, its not the cook, its the spices, and the recipe was so easy to follow, will definitely be "stocking up" on more, and will be a bit more adventuresome this time, although could be the start of an addiction to Vietnamese Chicken. Easy to follow recipe.

Best Spice Mixes – A friend gave me a pack of spice mix she got at a market stall. Since then I have ordered their "6 of the best" packs and everyone of them is so yummy and so easy to make. Only thing wrong that I could pick on would be that it makes enough for 6 people - but the leftovers do taste just as yummy!
