If i had a chance to give negative reviews I would. STAY AWAY from these low life guys as they want your money but will never deliver. They just keep your 10% deposit and thats how they make money. Already alot of people have complained to NSW Fair trading, ACCC and consumer affiars.

and [Name Removed] whenever you call them it takes 10-15 times of constant calls to get an answer then they act like they don’t know what’s going on , if I had only read some reviews before I went through with this I would already have a shed and not gone through all the stress. I finally got hold of the company that builds the sheds and was told that they only received payment from The Shed Specialist 6-8 weeks ago yet I paid them 8 months ago and they won’t start a build until they have been paid , so the constant lies about delivery dates where complete lies I don’t know how they can even sleep at night ripping people off like this . Was promised insulation for the roof as some sort of compensation but now having to fight for it even having emails stating they are going to supply it but when I call [Name Removed] keeps saying it’s not on the invoice mmmmm yer right!!!

Still waiting for our shed 5 months later each month they say it’s coming. Still no shed and won’t even answer the phone. Should be honest about timeline.

is how unorganised these people are that he calls on the day of expected delivery and only after I have tried to call the day before to check on delivery time. Clearly cannot be relied upon to conduct clear communication or action email requests made by his national office for manufacturing. Still awaiting a manager to contact me as I have requested my money back.

I’ve been dealing with multiple shed company’s over the last few years, and this one was hands down the best, from the time Joel draw up the shed for me, to when the girls putting me through to customer service. It was amazing! Honestly after this experience I really wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Dealing with the sales person Joel, he was amazing. Looked after every detail in the drawing process, unfortunately my wife didn’t want me buying a shed but they were great!

expenses that were never properly explained or justified. Promises made at the beginning were not delivered upon, and when I sought help from the Department of Fair Trading, I was told they could not take responsibility and that I would need to pursue legal action myself.

This has left me not only out of pocket, but also feeling completely unsupported and disregarded by a company that should pride itself on service and accountability.

I strongly urge anyone considering using The Shed Specialist to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, they have not demonstrated honesty, transparency, or professionalism. Customers deserve far better. KAZ RASHBROOKE

Never, EVER contact this company. There are 10 other companies at least who build sheds/garages that are higher quality, cheaper, have a better support network of tradies to pour concrete slabs and build the shed and all with a far better attitude than these total amateur [Content Removed]. I will MEVER contact “The Shed Specialists” again! Absolute SHONKS.
