why was it refunded when i received 2 emails stating accepted and then shipped. ignored for a day-i messaged again wanting an answer, i was told you received an email stating it was refunded-check all my emails and spam- no email. I then messaged and said definitely didn't receive an email- a day later i received an email saying order refunded. still haven't received the funds back into my account after their fraudulent behaviour- i went to do leave a review on their fb page- suprise suprise the link to their fb doesnt work- its been removed. must have had a lot of disgruntled customers. don't waste your money- you may never get it back.

Disgusting & Stale – Do NOT waste your money. I ordered a bouquet of donuts for a birthday present for someone and I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. They have called me to say thank but they said they’re the worst donuts, they couldn’t even bite into the donut from how stale and off they were. I have emailed the company and of course I have not had a response. DON’T waste your money. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!

Terrible – Stale, expensive, dry and inedible. So not worth it. Even the lollies were old. Do not order from this place. When tried to give feedback simply ignored all emails.

Terrible experience and even worse taste – Not only was I so embarrassed when the receiver of the donut bouquet told me the donuts had a fishy taste and were stale! ( rest of the family members said the same) I can’t believe I paid over $200 ( including delivery) for that. But also constantly being told throughout the day “ we bake them fresh”. Wether its true ir not something definitely went wrong in the kitchen.

Disappointing – Ordered the grand box it looks nothing like the photos .. even the champagne was moet in photos and when we received the box it had the cheap $7 champagne from dan murphy’s .. disappointing

Deceitful and terrible customer Service – I ordered a Donutella box for my boyfriend delivery on Valentines Day. Seller decides to email saying only Valentines boxes can be delivered (nowhere did it say this at all online at all and she tells me AFTER I place the order funnily enough the valentines boxes were not suitable for a guy and way over my budget hence why I never chose them)… Read more

decides to charge me an additional fee and I ended up paying $172 for a box worth no where near that. This company is all about screwing the customer over with their dishonesty. Never ever again.

Amazing gift!! – We ordered this for one of our employees for their last day. The office absolutely loved it presentation was so nice and the doughnuts were even more delicious! A couple of the team also ordered some right after for their families. Awesome work, keep it up and look forward to many more dessert boxes for special occasions in the office.

believe our body is a temple, so we don't stuff our faces with just anything. But these donuts - OMG! are probably the best donuts i've ever had and i'm a hard critic. I highly recommend The Sugar Box Co. Their presentation is fantastic! Their customer service is amazing. The ordering process is seamless and you donut have to worry about a thing once you place that order. Get your hands on those donuts! I will be ordering these for the office just because we want a snack!! Get those extra brownie points from my boss.

Great service and best Dessert Boxes! – I needed next day delivery as a Birthday gift and Kerryn was super helpful and made it happen. The recipient was super happy and enjoyed the dessert box. It was packed really nicely and a great present for Instagram photos.
