Ordered and paid for 500g of tea but they only sent 50g. Won’t reply to emails or FB messenger posts. Scam

Tea was not stored properly – Bought the gyokuro green tea. Super weak in flavour. Came delivered not in an air tight bag. Probably been exposed to air for a very long time hence losing its flavour.

Pai Mu Tan Stockholm Blend – Pai Mu Tan Stockholm Blend ingredients have changed, with orange blossom being replaced by orange peel! As if there is any comparison. Tea now goes sludgy, and tastes nowhere near as nice. At least I’ll save money, as I shall not buy this expensive tea again unless they revert to using orange blossom.

Camomile tea – I have been buying my Camomile tea from The Tea Centre since having to stop my French Earl Grey from there I loved too, I had to stop Caffeine.

Very weak tea and they don't publish negative reviews – This used to be my favourite place to buy loose tea. However, over the years I have noticed that the black teas are getting weaker and weaker. undrinkable. Made a second pot with double the quantity of leaves and let it steep longer with the same result. I don't know if teas can be 'padded out' with fillers but that's how these feel. I am very disappointed and will not be buying tea from here anymore. I left frank reviews on the teas purchased, none of which have been published. Nil contact from this company in response to my reviews. Very unimpressed.

Variety and Authenticity, unique tea blends – The Tea Centre changed ownership few time from when their shop was on King Street Sydney CBD. Good News: the quality, variety of teas and tea accessories as well as their high-level customer service has always been to the highest standards.
