Brilliant vet only had great experiences! – We work with the wild vet all the time and they are always courteous and informative!

foot the unforeseen costs that came as a result of the clinic’s negligence which caused additional suffering to our pet.

This lack of accountability on their part added another layer of stress onto an already stressful situation.

The worst offence took place during our pet’s dental surgery. We provided consent for an itemised list of work to be done. However during the operation, the vet doubled the scope of work without further consent on our part. This ultimately led to our pet’s death and poor quality of life in his final days. It also resulted in a bill that went far beyond the original projected quotes.

The above issues were raised in a thorough email to the vet and we were advised we would get a response within 3 days. Instead it took them 3 weeks to properly respond. The response was devoid of remorse and full of excuses whilst framing the vet as misunderstood.

A part of the final resolution included a partial refund and we consider this matter to be closed. However we strongly recommend that prior to engaging with this clinic for procedures that require skilful expertise, that you conduct proper research first and ensure genuine clarification and accountability every step of the way.

Absolutely awesome – Have taken both galah and cockateil here for various 'incidents'. Dr Emma and her team are caring, friendly, attentive and doesn't cost and arm and a leg. Would highly recommend.

Dr Emma quickly diagnosed my breaded dragon‘s medical condition, put her on a fast acting medication and she made a quick recovery. Extraordinary personalised care and service!! – Took Burt our IR Parrot and Dotty the spotted dove to The Wild Vet. Andrew provided exceptional professional and outstanding personal care to both birds. Dotty was at deaths door after being attacked by a Butcher Bird, acquiring a serious throat injury requiring surgery. The high level of care and attention to detail given to both birds by Andrew, is a level we have never experienced - absolutely outstanding. Andrew kept us constantly up to date on how they were doing, even providing photos and videos post surgery etc. His sound and personalised advice on caring for them moving forward assisted us to ensure they both rehabilitate to their best. Andrew has a natural appreciation and passion for what he does which is obvious from the moment he tended to the birds.
