My neck fell in love – In an attempt to ease the pain felt from severe spondylosis in the cervical joints, I lashed out and purchased this pillow. I opted for a 'medium' one. You can adjust it by removing either the 'noodle' inserts or by removing central wedges. I just put a pillow slip on it and tried it as it came. Started out with the lower side toward my neck , then tried the higher side after half an hour - bliss! For me, with my issue, this pillow is an absolute winner!

Like Sleeping on a Brick – I bought this pillow on the recommendation of my remedial masseuse but unfortunately it is much too hard for me and I can only equate it to sleeping on a brick. I gave it a pretty good try - using it for a week but I was getting headaches and earaches and my neck problems were just getting worse. Not for me.

Don't love it, but I feel it's good for me in the long term – In the hunt for finding a perfect pillow and after a previous latex one that really made a mess of my neck, I was lead to this in my research. I'm a 90kg male with broad shoulders so after reading lots of reviews and descriptions of the products I felt the firmer choice was more suited to me. I have been using for 10 days now and I still find myself shuffling constantly to get comfortable. It's a little too firm for me and I have tried using it as it comes, which felt a little too high, I then removed one part of it that now feels softer but a little too low. I feel it does give me good structure and my neck pain has gone albeit still not perfect. I'm hoping I get more used to it as it's not cheap $100 plus inc delivery. Unless you really like a firm pillow I would suggest getting the Original version.
