Therapeutic Pillow Dual Zone Suits Long Necks

I was finding my existing contour pillow was no longer giving me the comfort and support I wanted.I wanted to try the Dual Zone pillow because I do have a long neck. Initially I felt it was a little too low and the cover was a bit loose. I was very happy when I contacted the company to discuss my concerns. They offered to send a firmer insert and more fitted cover and it's now perfect! I really love it and I'm really impressed with the customer service. Highly recommended.
