Therapeutic Pillow Naturelle Latex

Much harder than my old Naturelle pillow – I had to replace my old pillow which was perfect. I thought I was buying the exact same pillow but the new ones are so much harder to sleep on that I am now looking to buy replacements again. It has been a waste of time and money. Show details

Great Product until Manufacturing changed in 2021, Now like sleeping on a Plank of Wood – We bought 2 of these pillows Mid 2021. felt heavier so we weighed them to be 17% heavier than the older ones. This proved to us the manufacturing has changed. An email and phone call was made to the importers of which they were very understanding and replaced our pillows at no cost to us. Only a few days later our free replacement Naturelle Latex pillows turned up. One of the two pillows was OK but the other heavier feeling pillow was not right. the heavier pillow was extremely firm & unusable. We again contacted the importers and enquired why we had two replacement pillows that varied so much. It was explained this Naturelle Latex Pillow is imported and there is little control over the product manufacture variations. They did however offer to check a later import shipment to see if any match firmness of our original pillows. So, just beware if purchasing this product again. you may not get the desired result as there is not the correct quality control in place for this Naturelle Latex pillow. Possibly there is still a mix of old and new stock in Australia but our experience is the new Naturelle Latex pillows are overly firm. Our friends and family also agreed after trying them.

A headache – I brought one of these pillows a few years ago and it was amazing. Naturally when it sadly wore out this year I purchased what I thought was the same from my chiropractor. Big mistake! This manufacture have changed latex suppliers and it now feels like I am sleeping on a rock. I have never felt anything so hard or uncomfortable. I've bought about 5 of these pillows – These are the only pillows that I will buy for myself. They are of good quality and come with a lovely easily removal zipped cover that you can put your pillow case over, yet also keep on and wash as necessary. change my pillow every 2 years, however, this is the only brand and pillow type that I buy.

While it may seem expensive, it's actually very good quality so the simple fact to any purchase applies - pay less, receive cheap product, pay more, get quality! For all the hours that we spend in bed it only makes sense to buy 'quality'.

not because of the latex, but because i sometimes drool on the pillow. :(

Benefits:

*Fantastic support for your neck and head - the high profile suits me.

*There are two sides, so you can adjust the level of support (about a 1.5 - 2cm difference between the two), and I sometimes switch between the highest side, and the slightly lower side, depending on what my back is doing that day.

*The cover is easy to remove and launder, and the cotton slipcover on the latex means it's easy to get the main cover on and off.

*It's cool in summer because there are small channels right through the pillow to allow air circulation, and I've never felt it's too hot for me (and I overheat a lot)

*It doesn't interfere with my CPAP mask when I sleep on my side. I'm mostly a back sleeper, but the dip along the centre of the pillow means my mask stays secure through the night if I turn to one side or the other.

Room for improvement:

The only thing I'd really change is I'd like to see the main outer cover available for separate purchase, as after 5 years of washing, the old one finally wore through, but the pillow was still good. For the last year I've just been using a flannelette pillowcase on it with a cotton one over the top.

Terrible – I bought this pillow because I have a neck and shoulder problem and the physio suggested I buy one of these pillows (from him naturally). bin. I am sorry, but I would not recommend the Therapeutic pillow (in latex) to any one, not without trying one free of charge for a couple of nights before you can pay for it. Nothing comes to mind. Too expensive and does not work.

Excellent – I brought this pillow the other day from my Chiropracter and I love it. Its nice and soft yet supportive. Very happy and recommend it. its soft and supportive and comes with a really nice cover
