If this home wasnt a rental id be very upset and demanding a refund or replacement with something reliable like a rheem. But since they are an overpriced reeal estate that takes forever to repair anything I worked out a viable solution and will let the next owners deal with this garbage.
For reference, the last house had a 15 year old rheem same size box on wall, that had capability of starting without mains voltage and it just ran off bbq gas bottles. So much more hot water that was hot not wavering and nonsense and that was in an even bigger house, it was even quicker to deliver hot water than this rubbish.
6 star my butt Itd only be 6 star because its not working half the time of any other unit. These are like the crap camping gas hot water heaters on ali xpress. just badged better... we Even tried turninh the min temp up to max and its still rubbish. Wouldnt reccomend. just buy a decent brand one and not think about it ever again, unlike this thing that makes you hate your life.

Thermann 16 – This hot water service lives up to all safety standards so as to not scold anyone especially young skin. We would have preferred hotter water in the kitchen though!
