Thompson’s Roller Shutters

Initial response was good with a quote prepared within two weeks. However, when seeking a revised quote to confirm the final configuration, multiple emails, phone conversations and promises that 'someone will get back to me the same day', Thompson's failed to finalise the quote. They stuffed me round and wasted my time over several months. If you are looking for roller shutters and value service, don't consider Thompson's. I will not be recommending them and will be seeking an alternative company for servicing our roller shutter at work.
