and that is what you got, "If you don't like it don't come back" Mercedes Benz is still just a car, engine, gearbox etc. These people are rude, arrogant and a total rip off. Be very careful they think your business is a avenue for their wealth and lifestyle, lets show them that it is not and show some respect.

service – In my view Three Point Classic service was like a breath of fresh air when handling my recent service problem......their upfront and professional approach put my mind at rest as they went about rectifying the issue with a minimum of fuss and I find their attention to detail refreshing to say the least. professional, reliable and responsive. Their pricing is very fair, and below the quote received from Maserati Gold Coast. Before the Maserati service, I had been taking my Audi 6 to Three Point for some years, always with great results. On the rare occasions Three Point needed to refer me to Frizelle Audi, since they were unable to access the Audi parts required for repair, I was disappointed with the Audi level of Service, which was a serious step down compared to Three Point. Apart from the professionalism offered at Three Point in service and repairs, their quotes have always been very reasonable, and always less than Frizelle Audi, notwithstanding the so called Heritage discount they offer. As an example of their level of honesty, upon picking up my car following repair, the grill had been damaged, and when I pointed this out to David and the Team, they had no hesitation in replacing with a new grill.
