Excellent – Highly recommend this oven. It is easy to use without having to refer to the manual. The beeps to signify completion of microwaving are very loud, so I can hear them over husband, dog and TV. Easy to clean as there are no fiddly bits. Sturdy construction. The defrost function seems to be easier and quicker than previous microwave ovens. Love the knob to set the timer, instead of having to press buttons, one twist and you're away. Looks good and have had no problems over the five years of ownership. Stainless steel is extremely difficult to keep clean as dust and finger marks are very visible.
