Timber Blinds Express

Fantastic service and quality products – What a great little company and I am so glad that we stumbled across their website. We ventured out to find wooden venetians to replace the absolute rubbish that we previously bought from Half Price Blinds. The old saying ‘once bit, twice shy’, this time we ordered samples, and they arrived just a few days later. We made a selection, ordered the products – at a pretty competitive price I might add, and just a couple of weeks later the products were delivered in good condition and now look great hanging on our windows.

Just for clarification, we wanted cedar look venetians (to replace our 20 year old ones that were beginning to look a little daggy). Initially we ordered replacements from Half Price Blinds based on their website pictures, what arrived was some horrible washed out looking tan colour rubbish, no grain, no tone, it was offensive.

I wrote to them and they basically said, you should have ordered ‘free samples’ first. . . . bad luck. The product went straight into hard waste without even being properly unwrapped (at our cost).

In contrast, it seems Timber Blinds Express operates in the old fashion manner of actually manufacturing products as you would expect them to look and delivering in a seamless manner. Thankyou!

Not happy with the quality or the service – I purchased 2 sets of vertical blinds from this company and am a little disappointed with these. I have had them installed for about a month now and the blinds have warped. The spacing between the blinds is too large and they dont close property, needing to be adjusted at the bottom every time. All in all I am not happy with these and would not buy them again.

Absolutely Happy with the Blinds – I was a little apprehensive about buying blinds online without seeing the product first and having to pay upfront. I received the blinds earlier than I thought and am extremely happy with them. They are good quality and look amazing with excellent mechanisms. I cannot recommend Timber Blinds Express enough. Great cedar blinds and quick delivery – I purchased cedar blinds for my new house last month, and followed the measuring instructions on their website which were simple. I input my order online and in approximately two weeks they were delivered. They fit perfectly and are a lovely quality. I paid a professional to fit them and all up it came to $3250. I had a quote from a well known company and fitted, their price was $6500. I was a bit apprehensive about buying online and paying the total up front but am extremely pleased with the blinds and the huge saving I made. Before I ordered I had them send me samples which came quickly and really helped me make the right decision.
