Get a quote first or use another company, record your phone calls – Got a quote over the phone and wrote it down in my diary. I regret not getting one in writing. Had his full quote been given I would have used another mover for half the price. When I queried the bill that was double the price I was screamed at by the owner [Name Removed]. When I asked if he could speak calmly I got more abuse and belligerence over the phone even though I was simply querying the amount, I had not at any point said I would not pay the bill I was asking about the discrepancy. His employee was polite and apologetic. DO NOT use this company unless the owner will give a written quote, apparently, this happens often (stated by the others present).
