Good features but breaks down
Overall the Pure One S12 Platinum has great features like an always on trigger, swappable batteries, lots of attachments, dust indicator, but it broke down within 3 months of use, took about 3 weeks to repair, got it back have been using it for 5 months and the same issue is back. Will be attempting to get my money back, at worst a different vacuum.

Not happy by any means
The man from godfreys demonstrated and the vacuum looked amazing. However once home and I have now used it for 2 months, I am highly disappointed. The suction is not up to scratch and I’m using the highest suction which means the battery although there are 2 runs out quick. The dust container is small.
I have definitely given it a good run and not taken this review lightly. I’m just very disappointed in buying a vacuum that is supposed to be premium and in my own view a cheap version could do the same!
Im open to suggestions from the company, but right now I’m extremely unhappy and not able to recommend.

Dyson does good marketing, Tineco makes great vacumms!
I bought a Tineco One from Amazon USA, aside from the downside of a US plug all else was excellent.
Unboxing experience was good, the device and accessories are simple and of high quality materials.
Important to note that this device is good for me (compared with the newer fancy V15 Dyson for instance), because I don't need super long run-times or a massive dirt bin. A large bin will just languish between empties given how infrequently I have to vacuum and that's bad. All that said, the bin capacity is fine and the battery is excellent (plu...s you can buy a second one). The variable speed is automated and quite intuitive except when you move from floor to rub at which point the Tineco goes to max suction making it hard to move. Turning from auto to manual solves this.

“I just cat get no, no satis-suction”
I brought this vacuum after it was demonstrated to me at the Godfreys store and it seemed to have good suction on demonstration, however once I got it home this disappeared quickly. The main issue is the dust barrel is too small and as the dust builds up it renders the vacuum powerless. You have to constantly empty the barrel. The cleaning of the filter is also an issue as you have to use the filter cleaner that is again attached to the vacuum and use up vital battery time. I just now clean it with a brush and manually blow out the dust instead of dragging lots of parts around when I vacuum. Really a painful vacuum and I miss my Nilfisk king which had great suction and I just had to change over a very large dust bag every now and again.
A great investment - worth the money!
I compared the Dyson and Tineo side by side on tile and carpet. Comparing weight differences, move ability and battery life. Tineo came out lighter in weight and easier to handle for a smaller hand, it also has the bonus switch to keep the machine running if you have a larger area to cover. Dyson has a trigger that you need to keep your finger on which can become tiresome. Tineo has multiple heads fit carpet, car and tiled floors, that come at no extra cost plus a wall unit for storage. A great feature as standard and a well made unit at that. ...Two batteries compared to one with Dyson. One in use the other on charge, great idea and makes sense as you can get towards the end of a big clean and be left with the stairs or hallway and so you can swap out and have a new battery to finish off. Great suction on carpet as it powers up for identified high traffic areas. Not bad on tile but you need the appropriate head for a good clean. All in all purchased the Tineo and so happy. Best $1100 we have spend in a long while. New BF.

Being a cleaner I use vacuums daily & I was sick of getting my commercial one out of my car when I wanted to vacuum my home. I had a Dyson like so many & wasn't happy so got a Tineco S12 & by far the best stick vacuum I've ever used. 2 batteries, a lot 8f accessories & no holding down a button. Love the lights at the front which show all the dirt & the touchscreen is very responsive. Very happy with it.

Best Cordless Vacuum I've had!
Purchased the Tineco Pure One S12 about 6 months ago now. This cordless vacuum is fantastic. The suction is second to none, there are multiple accessories that are all useful.
One of the best accessories is the filter cleaner. You place the dirty filter into a chamber that connects to the vacuum, then turn the vacuum on and it cleans the filter in about 15-20secs. It comes with two filters so you can swap them over quickly and easily.
So many other great features...
* it comes with two batteries so you never run out.
* You can switch it onto...

Nicer than Dyson
I purchased this battery vacuum after having a Miele mains plug in unit for years. After trying all the popular cordless brands in the shop, I settled on the Tineco because it felt the most ergonomic and seemed to pick up more of the stuff the salesman sprinkled over the carpet. During this test, it picked up more than the Dyson which I thought was the benchmark in these sort of vacuums.
After putting it through its paces fro a few months I can report back that it works very well in almost every situation. There is an excellent array of tools ...

A good companion.
It gathers up what other vacuums leave behind. The two heads give complete control of the whole house.
The two batteries mean I can take my time, with no worries about having to watch the clock.

too heavy on the head and all angles are wrong
It has excellent suction, the heads are really hard to remove, not really sure about this vacum cleaner the suction is the best part of it.It is excellent on wooden and tile floors

EXCELLENT CORDLESS STICK
Perfect cordless stick with sooo many attachments. excellent for carpets and very good for hard floors. better than dyson on any given day. highly recommend this machine to family and friends
Once were warriors
Happy at first but after 18 months it overheats and shuts down half way through first battery. No way have I ever got 100 mins of running time. Disappointed. Will go back to plug in vacuum cleaner next time.
Awesome for carpet. Excellent for pet hairs too. Loving it. Good for hard floor. Overall worth every penny. Good runtime. The sales person was helpful. Explained everything about the machine in detail.

Need to be on full power, relies on the floor attachments
I have both Dyson and Tineco as well as normal budget bag vacuum cleaner.
* Cordless , lightweight
* lots of attachments
* there is an always on switch so you don't have to hold the power on button.
* the floor attachment really cleans the carpet well and better than my Dyson. but I suspect it maybe it is due to my Tineco is newer than my 3 years old Dyson.
* 2 batteries (1 battery lasts for 20min on full power)
* lights at the floor cleaner attachments so you can see where you are vacuuming in dark places.
* relatively quiet even on full strength. ...

Great for timber floors and carpet combo
I was looking for a stick that could vacuum both timber floors and carpeted bedrooms and this is the one. I had never heard of this brand but I am so happy with it. It’s much lighter than it’s main competitor the Dyson and very easy to use. Definitely worth buying.
Questions & Answers
After using the Tineco, has anyone had experience with a pile of dust being left on the floor when you turn it off and pick it up? I love everything else about it: the fact that it has excellent suction, it's lightweight, batteries are great, easy to empty, filter easy to clean etc etc. However after every use a considerable pile of sand and dust seems to fall out of the machine when it is lifted to go back into the cupboard. Any tips? Thanks.
Hello! Once the battery is fully charged should I turn the power off at the switch or do I just leave it on?
