"CANCEL order" "I do want to CANCEL the order but someone insists it has been FULFILLED"

They first responded on website chat stating that the order has been fulfilled and the tracking wasn't updated, but when I asked for tracking information, they were unable to provide it.

They then responded on text, saying the tracking isn't provided because they were waiting on one of the items to be fulfilled - so this is when I started to think that they lied about the order already being fulfilled.

I asked for more information on tracking so that they can show me that the items were already fulfilled prior to my cancellation request (since they keep insisting that the order is fulfilled) when I repeatedly asked for cancellation, which was constantly ignored.

At 10.30am Monday morning I asked for cancellation, and they ignored my request and insists it's been fulfilled/kept trying to fully fulfil it, then when I finally got the tracking information, the labels for the 2 parcels were created a few hours later - at 1.30pm on the same day (Look at the screenshots of the email I received on tracking information with time stamps)

In order to get the cancellation which I have been so clearly asking for from the beginning, and constantly ignored and insisting the items are fulfilled, I had to threaten to report this to Consumerism Affairs.

Only after that, they started saying they have always been good with refunding me for the order and insists that "they thought I wanted the items faster", when I REPEATEDLY asked for CANCELLATION all the way as shown in the conversation.

Do not shop here if you would like a pleasant shopping experience.

Cheap freight means great online shopping – Good product range at affordable prices. I ordered a Maxi Cosi online with no hidden freight costs. Everything was up front and online customer service was spot on. Unlike Baby little Planet who never even bothered to reply to my enquiry. No reply means no buy. I spent $600 here instead.

Poor delivery time – 9 days after placing my order I still had not received any dispatch confirmation. days later and on checking the aus post tracking information I may not receive it until another 4 business days; seems unlikely it was sent express delivery. A disappointing experience and would not use this website again, particularly if I wanted to receive my item within a couple of weeks of purchase!

So glad I found Koala Baby Organic Skincare – Am so impressed with Koala Baby Organic Skincare and Sulani,s Knowledge. For a change the meaning organic is REAL so often a misused in labels. This range has the right ticks. Wish I had found earlier while pregnant would not have stretch marks if I had of used the Mummy Cream. At least my babies skin is being cared for now.
