Blinds were installed with stains all over them. They came and removed them and remade them, reinstalled them with stains on them again. Removed them again and remade them. The result of all of this was a 4 month wait from when they originally installed them and when they finally replaced them with non-stained blinds. the installation with payment due immediately on that day!!! By the way, don't use their payment system (Xero?) which adds an 2% processing fees to your payment ...). It seems that this organisation would benefit from a good look at how they do business and how they treats their customers. I had to chase them to have someone finally come to check measurements and after that there was a long delay with ETA constantly pushed away. Had they been honest from the start about the ETA, I could have managed my expectations or go elsewhere perhaps. So if you are after blinds in a hurry, don't use them. If you have the time, perhaps (the blinds I've got are good).
Follow-up · Delays were caused by Tip Top not being organised and not following on work after deposit has been paid. It results in customer having to constantly contact them. I am happy with the blinds and installation was quick.
Spoken to them twice regarding an appointment. Intended to purchase large amount of blinds and curtains. They never responded or called back. Waste of time. Show details
Purchased 2x house lots from TIP TOP Blinds over several years. Had a query regarding battery replacement. It took 3 phone calls and emails to be advised that I would need a new remote and pairing to blind at a cost of $545. Turned out that the battery was incorrectly installed. New Battery $15, a saving of $530. Would NOT recommend Tip Top Blinds. Show details
Roller blind issues – Roller blinds heavier than original blinds ( was told it was the fabric I chose ( Linesque with block out) but a major contributing factor is heavy metal rod to weigh down blind, when blind is closed there are crease marks from it being open, so the heavy weight is designed to pull it down flat. wooden frame ( split timber). I wanted black accessories, they only had transparent, guy had to return to install. Chain broke within 6 months of installation, was notified it would cost $110 to fix. Overall a troublesome experience.

Installation appalling – Installation of Tip Top Blinds a disgrace. Three small screws in plaster to hold two heavy blinds . embarrassed I have suggested this company.Although the receptionists are helpful as the front line I am disgusted with the management team as they have clearly handled the situation unprofessionally. The motivation to pay cash only benefits Tip Top Blinds . Take the money and run truly describes their work ethic.

Stunning sheer wave fold curtains – Could not be happier with my new sheer wave fold curtains! Ordered 6 curtains for my formal and causal dining and living areas. They are magnificent. Margaret spent a lot of time choosing the perfect fabric and it was worth back-and-forth because they suit each room perfectly. Would strongly recommend. Oh, and the blockout roller blinds are beautiful, the folded-over bottom rail is so much nicer than I imagined, worth the extra money. Show details

back they told me that’s what I ordered that’s not made to measure so I contacted them every day and got no reply back I then contacted ACCC and also another blind company they couldn’t believe it said it was the most disgusting job they had ever seen they advised me next step still no reply from tip top when they finally did respond trying to talk me into the blinds are meant to be like that and I was not having it they sent same guy out that measured in first place he was so aggressive and rude that Neighbours came outside to see if I was ok absolutely disgusting then waited a month no reply from tip top until a friend put up a review then I was bombarded with phone calls demanding review must be taken down then they will TRY yes TRY to fix them What a pack of bullies and I never want this company back on my property again Be very careful of this company
Difficult Job Done well – Some of the blinds in our home were up at four metres above the floor and six metres above the stairs and this required scaffolding. the mechanism, but one of the managers personally came out to have a look and fixed it within minutes. He was courteous, respectful and helpful. I have used Tip Top before and overall, I think they're a good company, run by family members who obviously have a personal interest in producing quality products which are reasonably priced My previous venetian blind which I also bought from Tip Top lasted over 25 years! I've also bought Holland/ roller blinds. I would certainly consider them for future purchases.
Still waiting for service – Very disappointed with the lack of interest from Tip Top Blinds. rollers of the awning mechanism that had deteriorated on the original system. I was assured they were no longer necessary as the covers had no purpose. Within a short time frame with use only in the summer season, fabric stitching ONLY in areas over the two rollers started to fray and start to damage. Clear photos have been emailed to Tip Top Blinds. The initial service tradesman that came out said he would follow up with this matter- but we are still waiting!!! We need our awning for the hot summer months. Please Tip Top Blinds respond with some action. The fabric on the original Tip Top awning lasted over 16 years, and only needed to be replaced when the roller covers damaged and the blind stitching was damaged. Despite your claim that the covers over the rollers are not important- let me tell you they are! This is mo way to treat customers who have done business with you on multiple occasions for over 25 years!!
Best products and Services with great price – Great service from Tiptop team (specially Jeff), very friendly and helpful. Great product, the blinds looks beautiful and at a very reasonable price. Speedy service and very efficient (56 custom blinds installed within 2 weeks). Highly recommend to anyone including my friends and family.
