Brand new machine won't drain! – I had my new 8kg tisira twin tub delivered today to replace my previous twin of same size and brand.. Never had an issue with my old machine until spinner lid broke off and wouldn't spin anymore... But this newer version of same machine?... I installed it in the same position as previous ... from spinner or when I set washer to drain .. the spinner spins but water just gathered in bottom... I'm wondering if there are any special steps or something when installing it? I just took it from the box like my previous . Hooked up power, drain hose to laundry sink and filled it up... Washed well ... Then went to spin and drain aaaannnndddd that's when I had issues... Haven't written it off but I am annoyed and user manual is useless
