DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! In April 2024, I placed an order for a Titan 480 HYBRID with Carlons Caravans and made a $1000 deposit. To start the build, I had to make another $9000 deposit, which I gave in November 2024. Carlons told me that the Caravan would be ready to collect in early February. holiday by the end of February, and the salesperson said that would be perfect. End of February, I called Carlons to collect the caravan but was told that it won't be ready until late March, early April, due to unforeseen delays. I was then called by the salesperson from Carlons in mid-March to suggest amending my chosen air conditioner and heater to their stock items to speed up production. I reluctantly agreed. I called early April to see when I could collect my van and was told by the salesperson from Carlons that the wrong electrical items were installed in my caravan, and it was going to be delayed again. When I asked for how long, he couldn't give me an answer, so he had the owner of Titan, [Name Removed], call me. I spoke with him, and he advised me that I could expect my caravan around mid-May to mid-June 2025, 1 year and 2 months after my initial deposit and over 6 months from my 2nd deposit of $9000! I have just spoken to [Name Removed] (owner of Titan Caravans) and was advised to cancel my order and refund my $10,000 deposit, and rather than try to resolve this, instead he just said "that's not going to happen". and also add "he will see me in court, I've won many of these disputes before", which tells me this is not the first time he has had issues with customers and their caravans! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst after sales service very difficult to deal with – Cannot get any warranty work on done because we live 1000's of k's from where they have their business. We have had numerous issues with our van and had very little help getting them fixed. Show details

Excellent work – Just completed our 20,000klm service and had some warranty work done without any fuss at all. After 2 years travelling around QLD. we are still very impressed with our 480 Hybrid, which is now better than new. The quality of service and support from James, Sarah and their team at Titan Burpengary was above our expectations. Thank you for looking after us. Show details
