Titanium Caravans would be our van of choice, From the very outset, we liaised with Amy, who was the Titanium representative at a 4x4 and caravan show. When you deal with a professional who both knows her product as well as the industry, it becomes so much easier to make a choice. "With good information, you can make good decisions" Titanium Caravans became our choice, we placed our order, and waited patiently for 'that day' when we collected our van. Along that journey, there was so much communication with Amy that was always responded to in a timely manner and always every query and question was responded to with the correct information, recommendation or suggestion. What a pleasant journey it has been. We picked up our van on 2 December 2024, received a thorough and comprehensive handover, and hit the road. What a magnificent van we ended up with! Words do not do justice to the finished product. True, we have gone for a top of the line caravan with every option, but why not! We are now in our twilight years and comfort and luxury are what we have worked for and what we now can enjoy and afford. Her valuable insights that helped our choices of interior and exterior design were so appreciated as with the regular updates of our build. Not once did we ever feel pressured to make any hasty decisions and Amy was always available to speak with if we needed clarification on any detail.

When we arrived in Melbourne to take delivery, we were delighted to meet Amy as with Zac, Luke and owners Carl and Josh. we were met with the same genuine friendliness as our chats on the phone. Thanks to luke who we first met on arrival showing us through the van and Zac for his very professional thorough handover of our van.
