A friend bought me a Titleist Stadry Golf Bag and within a few weeks the side zip broke. The place where the bag was bought did not want to help although that friend had to call them to place the order and pay for it on the day she gave it to me but unfortunately she was no longer in Australia - the bag was a going away present for me. I sent an email to Titleist in October 2025 and I am still waiting for a reply. Don't waste A$500+ dollars on a Titleist Stadry Golf Bag. Mine is sitting in the garage and I went back to using my 10+ years old Ping Golf Bag with all zips working perfectly.
Follow-up · This bag is about $530.00 and should have been good of quality, photo attached. I think they have 1 to 2 years of warranty on this bag but because the friend who bought it for me had left Australia and could not find the receipt. However she would have had to call the golf club (my Private golf club!) where she bought it to place the order. I have the exact date when we picked it up because we played golf that day. However they claim they could not find the record of the transaction. I wrote to Titleist but they never replied to me. I will never buy a Titleist product ever again and I will not purchase anything from my golf club ever again - their loss.
