dryer back which I did in the original packaging. Before sending it I made sure I cleaned the filter. When receiving the hair dryer back it was not in the original packaging I supplied and the filter on this hair dryer was filthy! I was disgusted. It also had marks on the outside that my hair dryer did not have and the settings on the dryer differed from the ones I had saved. I questioned where my original packaging was and was told it wasn't a big deal and it got burnt when the dryer was replaced in it whilst still hot after testing. I was sent a photo of the packaging which also was not mine as this packaging was scratched and dirty and silver. Mine was black and brand new. I asked for them to send me a new hair dryer as obviously this WAS NOT my hair dryer. The ring they supposedly replaced had chips out of it . They have refused to send me a new hair dryer. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced. I bought this dryer because it is light and powerful as I have arthritis in my hands. They have not been able to explain why this hair dryer they claim is mine has a filthy filter or why the "new" ring has chips out of it. Very, very disappointed TNS. I purchased this hair dryer through MY DEAL and TNS suggested I seek a replacement from them, however TNS were the ones who didn't send back my original hair dryer, MY DEAL were simply the retailer.

Super dryer, i went to the shop in the Queen Victoria Building amazing customer service by Martina. The price was very reasonable for its quality which is $250 but it works like it’s worth 1000 dollars. i deeply recommend this product if your buying it for your Girlfriend, Mother or sister, they will love it and the quality of this product

Love my TNS hairdryer – I love that this hairdryer is lightweight and quieter than most hairdryers. It has easy to use power and heat settings plus a cold shot which I love. Life changing hair dryer – I just love this dryer. It has ionic technology which makes my hair super silk and shiny. It is so light i cannot believe it. How amazing it is that you won’t have tired arms anymore. I also bought the tns ceramic brush with the dryer which changes the color after it heats up and it’s a game changer.
