Toby's Estate

Hi there I have been contacted Toby’s estate many times as I have cafe no one bothered to return my email or my phone number In the end they lost ☠️☠️☠️☠️ Be aware!!!
I love their single serve coffee bags! – I've tried a few brands and Toby's Estate single serve coffee bags are my favourite. The coffee smells and tastes incredible - and it's so easy, which is great with a young bub. And their online delivery is super fast.
Great coffee but poor website and support – I love Toby's Estate Woolloomoloo coffee. I used to buy this at Thomas Dux, as whole coffee beans. Having tried various other subscription service (Proud Mary etc) I decided to subscribe to Toby's for a fortnightly delivery because of their free shipping service. The coffee is delivered approximately on time without any issues. However, lately, there have been frustrating problems. Toby's missed one delivery, and when I phoned, was met with a very unhelpful person who suggested that I had to start a new account (even though the subscription was ongoing). I didn't trust what she said, so phoned up again and the issue was sorted the second time round. Then I discovered that the payment was being taken out from an old bank account (despite me changing my account details online). I ophoned to rectify this, but the following month, the same occurred again.
The biggest one was when I received an email offer announcing that Toby's have a new website and to celebrate this they would offer a 30% discount on orders for the weekend.
Guess what ... when I went into the website, all my subscription details have been deleted, my bank details have been deleted. My profile shows I have no current subscription, orders etc.
And then I thought I would take advantage of their much-heralded offer ... and upon processing my discount code, the site declined the transaction (valid credit card etc.) !!!
Toby's ... you have a great product, but please, step up your game if you want to offer a proper subscription service.
