It was not good, don't buy – Worked at first, but after, it won't work even though we charged it for like, 10 hours! Also, it keeps having the 'EO11' error so it was useless. Please change any POSSIBILITY of having the 'EO11' error in the future. Also, the 'BEEP!' is annoying especially at night, please add a mode for quieting the beep. Thank you for reading.

You get what you pay for 0 – I purchased this Vac from My Deal for under $300. For the low price I paid for it, I think it does a pretty good job. Vac to clean and just ensure that cords, rugs etc are put away or removed, then you should have a relatively incident free vacuum. The unit does travel over different raised surfaces without much trouble. It comes with a virtual wall which I have used at the top of stairs with success. The dust catcher requires emptying after each clean to ensure you maximise its cleaning abilities. Otherwise it tends to display errors. The charge lasts for ages. It also comes a mop attachment that i have used & works.

Dont Buy – When it was taken out of the box and set up to charge it immediately showed error EO11 which is IR failure meaning the base does not know the machine is waiting to be charged. supplier which is illegal. I am guessing I will have to fight for a replacement or refund. As it is a major failure out of the box repair is not an option. Should have paid the big bucks and gone to Harvey Norman or JB HIFI. I note this site says the product has been discontinued but it is still being sold by Mydeal.com.au

It cleans quite well, but you need to be able to figure out how to use it properly and it will get c – This vacuum doesn't suck up and clean quite a bit of dirt. The little swirly brushes on the bottom do help capture most of it, though sometimes it just pushes things out of reach of the hole that sucks of the dirt. yourself scratching your head over why it isn't working. The ones I've come across have all been super easy to figure out, but can be frustrating for some. Another less than ideal feature is that it does have a really small cannister for the collected dirt and dust, so that fills really quickly. Lastly, it can easily get caught or stuck in things like blankets hanging off a couch. bedsheets touching the floor, etc.

Do not buy – Don't buy unless you want to sit with the remote guiding it. Gets stuck in the furniture and keeps going to the same place again and again. Leaves sides dirty. I keep the floor without obstacles, but expecting me to remove furniture for cleaning is too outrageous. I haven't tried the mopping function, but know what to expect.
