planned obsolescence – These scumbags obsoleted all the lids from our glass baby bottles when they discontinued that line. The new lids dont fit to the old bottles and the old lids leak when fitted to the new bottles. Shame on this company for gouging parents with planned obsolescence. Scum of the earth
Poor Customer Service – Really poor customer service. The head office is not very helpful . i have been dealing with then for 2 weeks and my problem is still not resloved.
Tommee Tippee Made for Me Pump and Steriliser – Got 2 electric breast pumps, which are supposed to have half hour pump time. Even when fully charged I am unable to do a pump longer than 17 minutes without the battery dying and it takes a very long time to recharge. plug into the pump and bottle, so completely unusable. The bottles are unstable when the part that attaches to the breast is affixed and therefore I need to be very careful or when finished pumping or if you try and put the bottle down as it just tips over and spills milk everywhere. The steriliser build up is so bad it needs descaling after every use, so now I just unpack the clean load and pour a few tablespoons of vinegar in the bottom until the next load. It works but is frustrating needing to do it every time. I am very disappointed with how expensive and poor quality these pumps are.

What I got instead was a useless and deliberatly confusing rant, the bottom line of which was that they don't produce replacement parts and I should contact the store I purchased it from. When a staff member from the store contacted them later on, they pretended that my call never happened and that they were not responsible for the issue; that the responsibility lay with 'the supplier', whatever they meant by that. Ridiculous. I used to love this brand and have been really happy with their products but the customer service was extremely unpleasant.
They refuse to replace a faulty products under warranty – I have the perfect prep day & night , been using it for around 6 months (since June 2021) now it stops working and keeps flashing red light with sign “tank temp high”. hopefully they will cover under warranty as it had been a week I couldn’t use it . The purpose of the machine is make my parenting life is easier when there is no support from anyone, so I do rely on the machine a lot for convenience purpose. But this is [Name Removed] from Tommee Tippee responded:
1) Run the tap for at least 10 seconds to make sure it’s nice and cold before adding to the tank - I always filled the tank with chilled cooked water 2) Keep the unit out of direct sunlight - in my email I mentioned the room is dark as its nursery room, and the machine nowhere near sunlight. 3) Regularly top up with cold tap water rather than letting water stand in the tank - who have the time for that for every single time making a bottle??? So what is the point for me to buy a machine? 4) Keep a cold jug of water in the fridge ready to use - again , unreasonable advise , I can filled it cold but it will still get to normal temp during summer . 5) Add a few ice cubes into the water hopper. - it’s unhygienic as ice cubes are in freezer and freezer are full of raw meats and other things. Bad advice,really!!! And she refuse to replace under warranty and keep saying the machine is safe to use???? It’s not working !!!!! How can I use ? It’s stressful enough to have a young child on my own; spend money to make my life easier but now I am stress dealing with Tommee Tippee’s customer service. I will never buy anything else from Tommee Tippee if this is how they deal with warranty. The way they wasting my time to avoid the warranty is horrendous. How can the year products manufacturers have anything to do with the warranty of the products since the day I bought it , don’t talk about when I actually start to use it . I can’t believe that’s their policy and how they deal with warranty & customers who support their business .
Meh! Disappointing – I love that Tommee Tippee offers all these "make your life easier" products but ours have been hit and miss the past four weeks since bub was born. We have the sterilizer - great! Except it claims that is needs descaling once a month and we are needing to do it TWICE A DAY because the build up is extraordinary. Anti-collic bottles - what a joke! They do nothing but leak. Waste of time and money.
Prep machine - other than needed to rinse out 3 times to remove the plastic flavour from the water... It's just the best thing ever.

Tommee tippee made for me silicone pump – Absolute garbage! I absolutely love tommee tippee, we use their closer to nature bottles and dummies for my girl from day one so I thought this haakaa style pump would be a great option from a good brand and was easy to get my hands on but I regret buying this! techniques but it doesn't stay on. I have got it to stay on maybe 3 times and all times it has taken about 10 minutes to get it on and then nearly no milk comes out because i can't get it to suction properly!! This item clearly wasn't made with breasts in mind. I wish I had paid the extra money and waited the extra time to get another haakaa silicone pump as I've been able to get it on nearly straight away and fill half with milk. Again I'm so disappointed and wish I had never wasted my money on this product. Maybe it will work for small breasts, but, for my big breasts it's an absolute no go!

steriliser I threw it in our bin which was emptied yesterday. Since then she has informed me she doesn’t have a black steriliser to replace mine with and doesn’t know if they will ever get one in again? She said she does have a white one but won’t send out the white matching pack. She said had I have gone back to the store I brought it from they would have replaced the whole pack had I have given it to them, but since now the steriliser is gone I can’t do that so she has no solution for me and just said sorry it’s just “Human Error” which I absolutely understand. But someone has to be left accountable and Tommee Tippee need to fix the human error! All I want is to wait for a black steriliser (so it matches the rest of the pack) or be given the matching pack in white!
Terrible customer service – Tommee tippee has no customer service. Bought a starter pack with bottles and bottle warmer and the warmer is faulty. The company will only provide a cheque 14 days (!) after I send a picture of the cord cut on my existing warmer... so no warmer for at least 2 weeks. Unacceptable, inflexible and unhelpful customer service.Avoid at all costs!
Tommee Tippee slow flow anti colic – Used this to feed my new born and she liked it. this is a trusted brand in my household as I have used this before for my baby number 1 too.
Milk bottle – I have changed it from normal bottle to tommee tippee...and my baby loves it so much as the rubber is made very similar to breast shape and very soft. Bottle comes in different sizes and the unit/measurement written are legiable which makes life so much easier. It’s good investment. Easy to clean. Good value of money Show details

Adhesive strips to keep them secure.
Here is what I didn't like
- The layer of material which touched the nipple feels quite coarse, especially on damaged nipples.
- The inner absorbent layer bunched up during use which was annoying when you have your hands full.
- They aren't contoured at all (Just flat disks)
- The plastic packaging the pads are wrapped in is difficult to open.
I would give them 2 1/2 stars if that were an option. They aren't bad but they aren't great either.

who sent the email and knew the problem and solved it immediately. This person was helpful, polite, easy to talk to and willing to solve problems. I have never had better customer service over the phone. In this day in age speaking to such a helpful person was refreshing. Helpful, polite
