defective.product : "there are many factors related to this product having this problem and we are not sure if it is human caused. Thank you for your understanding" There may well be many factors but all due to the product not being fit for purpose. The response implies that the problem is common to the item and not just a one off. It is sold with a 12 month guarantee. However, TopBYD assert that I peeled the material off it to make it look cheap, nasty and scrappy in my new car. I recommend avoiding any purchase from this company which lacks the integrity and honesty that customers deserve.
