Bought the gaming chair February 2023 less than 2 months use and base cracked. HN replaced it after weeks of back and forth. 3 years later replacement base has now cracked and gas lift now touching ground again. For the money you'd hope the build was better. Funny they're still for sale 2026 at a reduced price. Chair doesn't get daily use as I work away for a month at a time. Wouldn't recommend.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $649.

Cracked plastic leg base – Purchased this chair for $649 from a local Harvey Norman, to replace my old office chair, at 56 I don't play games. After less than 18 months noticed the chair was wobbling a little, so flipped it over to check the wheels, all ok but it was at this point I noticed the gas lift stem (what ever you call it) had come thru the plastic leg base and was now sitting lower than it should (touching the floor when chair has someone on it. Cut a long story short local Harvey Norman referred it to the supplier AC Bridges (??) to be told only covered by 12 month warranty. Basically the $649 chair is unfit for purpose after 18months.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $649.

Well padded headrest. Great positioning for lengthy gaming. A must have – Headrest is well padded and in a great position. Armrests and seating position, are ideal for the comfort level of the hard core gamer. Great for gamers intent on lengthy game time.

Great chair, nice and comfy – I was in the market for a new chair and since COVID, I never realised how bad the chair I used at home was until I had to sit in it every day for 6-8 hours. Sore back, stiff neck, so I had to change it. One of the things I was looking for was an adjustable back as I knew from experience I like to sit a certain way that keeps my back straight and most chairs don't offer that. This one was perfect. I can adjust it to suit my perfect sitting position. I felt the difference straight away. The quality appears excellent, the castor wheels smooth, the padding on the seated part is a little firm, but I like the overall wrap around as it fits just snug around my sides. This is my first day, so I'll write a followup after 1 month. But so far, excellent.

Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $470.

Excellent Chair, Love it!! – Great chair super comfy i spend about 8-10 hours a day sitting at my desk in the chair and i cant complain about it what so ever, The adjustable arms are great as i change them depending on what im doing same as the adjustable back support i tend to have it laid back to sit more comfy while watching TV at my desk but if im studying or gaming i have it put forwards to keep my back vertical and my posture straight.

You wont regret buying one if you do you'll never want another chair again
