Very poor service and spares – We have had this mower for 6 years, and run it on a flat block. GTS (guaranteed to start), yes after 6 pulls, The front Diff has been replaced twice and now needs wheel drive gears, very hard to get any spare parts, had no reply from spare parts dealers for recent problem. Catcher outlet is too small when using catcher and clogs up. Poor paint finish. Cutting width, price, mulch option Poor after sales, diff is too light

I have had two and will get a 3rd when required – I was initially advised not to get one from a Toro salesperson .! Bottom line is I am on my 2nd one after selling my 1st ( my mistake ) and will get a 3rd as and when this one wears out . I mow about 2 acres of flat to slightly uneven grass weekly and yes agree it isnt the best with wet grass but I have never used a mower that is . I love the front wheel drive as it suits my mowing style as I just tilt the front up off the grass , change direction and then lower ,. The overall size , power to weight , width of cut . Nothing to not like really. Doesnt like wet grass ...

Broke down in 9 days – The Toro 20330C is a front wheel drive recycler. Front wheel drive does not work in long grass and stopped working after about 4 hours total mowing time. Back up service from Toro was non existent despite their promises. The four wheel individual height adjustment is flimsy. Side ejection of clippings is a good idea and would be better with dual side vents. With the self propel not working it is very heavy to push. The Toro website indicates that current models are all rear wheel drive. Returning it to the store. 3 year Power Train warranty is of no comfort if the self propel only lasts one week.

I have had nothing but problems with this mower. But worst of all is their service agent STIRLING HIRE in SA.The last time we took it there the work they claimed they did was not done we have photos to prove it.They cant seem to make up their minds what is wrong with it.One minute its dirty fuel then its the drive belt then the spark plug then the air filter it goes on and on.Then today I phoned them and not once have they ever contacted TORO {was still under warranty} because STIRLING HIRE decided it easnt a warranty issue!!!
